try not using the sonic maximizer and/or rolling some of your highs off. if you're midscooping a ton, try more mids and less highs.
i normally use something like this bass--9 or 10, mid--7 or 8, treble--4 or 5. on my amp having the bass that high doesn't make it muddy and i think my sound is pretty damn punchy, but i hear the kranks have a ton of low end, so you might not be able have it so high.
