Looking for some mixer

Hey all ,

I need a (chip one) that will enable me to assign
a channel to a bus, it can with only two busses
(control and main)

I don't even need a preamp inside the mixer
just couple channels with buss assignment
and low noise level ofcourse ....

is there something like that ???

Is the mackie DFX6's preamp are in the same great
quality of the mackie mixers that everybody talking about ???
