Looking for simple app for tablet for practice tracks

As a learning guitar layman I'm looking for a mobile capable app, so that I can put together a practice track from chords with a few clicks. Shouldn't be expensive software, preferably free. Any suggestions?

Voice Record is free and powerful it is apple only but does the job well AND you can slow songs down without it changing the key to learn fast licks
