Look in the box that SONAR came in when you purchased it at the store. There should be a really big SONAR Manual in there. Open Manual. Enjoy.

Well, when you DOWNLOAD the TRIAL VERSION for evalutation before you buy it you don't get any cardboard box nor any manual along with it.
