looking for cubase 5 users

hi i am new i have had cubase 2 sx for years and i have just got cubase 5 dose anyone now how it works on a imax 306 proc 4 gigs of ram my g5 just crashed i have to buy a computer i had window but did not do very good to small used a sony viol p4 2 gigs of ddr28 but would not do the trick thanks
