looking for an audio interface

I need 8 channels of balanced I/O at 24 bit 192 khz, the highest quality conversion and superb, world class preamps on eight channels. I don't want to buy a mixer or software so the interface should come with both. No compromises for my studio.




Oh yeah, and I don't want to spend more than $100.
