Anybody know of a VSTi (FREE) with decent Horn/brass sounds.
The only keyboard I have is a Kawai K4 and I cant get a good sound out of it.

You may want to try www.kvraudio.com. There are other sites available but cant think of them now. Unfortunately, my experience leads me to believe that it will cost several hundred bucks to get good quality samplings of strings and brass instruments. If you come across any good ones, let us know.
