Looking for a PDF Service Manual for a Yamaha QX3 MIDI Sequencer

Can't find one online. If you have one hidden in your archives would appreciate a copy.

The QX3 I've got sometimes boots normally, more often it hangs on the startup screen. Might be a bad solder joint for the way it acts.
