I'm planning on picking up an ADAT sometime soon and I've been poking around the net trying to find a card to fly the tracks into the PC. The ADAT/edit card would be good, but I've heard so many horror stories i don't think it's even a consideration. This STA DSP24 ADAT card looks good. http://www.staudio.com
ADAT, SPDIF, and analog outs for about $200. If it had 2 channels of analog in, i'd be all over it. I don't want to spend a lot of money right now on a sound card. If i did I'd just get a RME setup. Multiface...... ummmm...

For people who have a setup with ADAT's, what are you guys using?

Not really an ADAT, but a AD/DA connect with adat lightpipe: RME. You will even have a use for the adat 9pin sync connector that is bungling at the back of my pc.

Almost forgot. They have the 'Wavecenter' for less.
