It won't stay up for long, friends,
I hate corporate music and have no interest in supporting it, but hey, it's only human to sin. Or is it? But so many seem to relish in recording their favourites, so i thought wot da fuck
So here's a clean rip-off of the song that probably influenced me more than any other. It's not an interpretation, more of a karaoke thing, but it was fun, and above all it was crazy trying to imitate Strummer's famous seagull noise, I failed miserably, surprise surprise, and I was embarrassed to think the neighbours might hear me going "UH-UH-UH-UH-UH". Anyway, I always thought it was a cock crowing, and not bloody seagulls.
The solo was kindly contributed by our own maestro Timothy Lawler, his first attempt with an electric.
On a serious note, i had to sneak in a salute to the victims of Katrina.
