Logic v5 and XP

At the moment im runnig logic gold 4.81 on (* as it wont even intall on XP (it frees just after asking for a max and min vcache). Im going to get version 5 when it coes out in oz. I know it will run on XP but how do i install it? Since it will be an upgrade i wont be able to install version 4 on XP and then upgrade it. Any suggestion? Will i have to put 98 on, install logic, upgrade to XP then upgrade to logic 5?
 
If you upgrade to 5.0 you will be required to send you old version CD with dongle once you recieve your 5.0 which is a new CD.
Install XP first, then simply install Logic 5.0
 
Thank christ for that. The way i thought i would have to do it would have sucked
