I'm trying to send the OUTPUT from Logic back out through my computer speakers (the headphone slot) but it keeps sending the signal into my Firepod Interface.

I can't find any settings on where I can change the output in Logic Express.

In Garageband, I can just click Input - Firepod and Output- Built In Audio.

In Logic, I see nothing except on each track Output 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, ect. But no Output to Computer or something like that. :(

Help needed!

Why would you want to monitor through your PC's internal soundcard and some cheap PC speakers? That would be like taking a picture with a really nice Canon L lens and editing it on an old black and white TV.

Preferences - Audio - Under 'Core Audio' check it from Firepod to Built in Audio.

But like Gordone said... Why?

I use a Edirol Firewire device with a mac. When i turn the sound device off the audio is sent to my internal audio device, when its on i can use my monitors. I do this with alot of mixes to reference check.
