This is the most recent mix of the tune.
I'm playing guitars and keyboards and I programmed the drums, tracked and mixed in Reaper.
How can I make this song sound better?

Listening on my laptop so i wont be able to give you my best reply but from what im hearing I reckon the drums need to be a lil more aggressive, the arp needs to duck a tad. Vocals need some EQ and compression.

Overall sounds like a good demo - i like the breakdown

I'll try to make the drums more aggressive, the vocals are the hardest for me, because it's very hard to be objective on your vocals, very tricky
