Lets say your going to record a show, you take stereo output from the soundboard, and run stereo mics. I know eventually there will be delay with the mic. Does anyone know how far back you can record without delay? I've heard 30 feet, 50 feet, and even 100. Can sombody help me? THANKS!

Back to the basics....:)
The rate is about 1ms per foot. Seperate echo starts at around 40-50 ms, but comb filtering effects (can) start at a few ms.
But the mics will get a soup of the direct stage line, monitors, and the mains, so...:D
