Hi guys.

I had such a great time performing on stage at the Nashville Palace.

It was my first time with a real audience. My other audiences have been recitals.

I picked "You and I" by Lady Gaga because is sounds a little country. I sang four songs.

This was the first.

Thanks for watching.

Come on, people, a little support for this girl. I mean, I am no great fan of karaoke, but how about some love for Elena?

Good on ya, girl. You need to find a band...

If you're still in Nashville and you're willing to switch from country to weird alt-rock, my band could use an extra vocalist!

Considering it was the first song, not bad at all. A little patchy here and there, but for the opening song, to be expected.
There's something that I notice you do quite well and that's listen to yourself and whatever you're singing to. This is an important thing to carry on and be consistent with. I know a number of pretty good singers but I've pointed out to some of them that for all their beauteous sounds, they're lazy singers. Singing is actually hard work because not only do you have to listen hard to yourself and other voices and instruments that may be "competing" with distracting harmonies, you've got to make sure you're constantly in tune so you need to concentrate. But on top of that, you can't be clinical about it, you have to keep your performance natural and relaxed {certainly within your mind}.
You're on the right road and may pitch correction never darken your doors !
Though if it does, may all your doors be bright !

Thanks for the offer. I traveled to Nashville from the Atlanta Georgia area.

I'm usually recording in a studio environment so the monitors and noise from the customers was something to get used to. The whole experience was very fun though. Plan to do it often. Thanks for the feedback.
