I tried to get DW's tune as well - but it freezes on me. I've never had that problem before (i have some tunes there myself).

Yes, as it states in the help section, you need Windows Media player to stream. It is the only software that supports embedding, true streaming, DRM, and protected streaming (and good codecs for playback).

If you wish to listen to the song with other software, download the mp3 and play it back with whatever you choose!

If you ever have any questions about NoWhere, shoot them at me. I am, after all, the creator....

Langley,

The guitarist needs to buy a Tuner before recording his guitar part as it is pretty badly out of tune. I preferred the female vocals, and would like to hear more solo songs by the female vocalist. What did you record it on? Keep recording new songs, you'll get better everytime and listen to favourite "professional" recordings of yours and try and get your mix to sound as close to that as possible.

getuhgrip, after clicking on the url above, or any url, try *right* clicking on the download button. In the pop-up menu choose 'save target as' and then save it to your desktop. Then you can bring up your own player of preference click on the song and play. As far as i know the only player the site uses is the windows media player. Happy listening @ nowhere radio!

Langley, you have a wondeful voice! I'm impressed.

Now the other stuff....
On Little Games the guitar piece doesn't sound thought out completely. A little out of tune in some places especialy the intro.
On Memories, sounds like the guitar player loses time just a smidge and tries to "catch up" but attacks the strings harder doing so. He's getting a thud out of the top E that sounds like a light gage which does'nt help. I do that a lot: pick harder under time pressure.;)

That song could be fantastic with some more dynamics in the mix on the vocals and guitar work. Needs light drums also rather than what sounded like slapping on the table.

Anyway, you're not the area that needs help. I'd love to hear something where you're able to break loose. You go, girl!

Thanks a million Royston! The song was recorded on a Phillips CDR775 Dual Tray CDR. It was just a one take with no tracking ability. I have a few more songs at the url listed above, but they are also with the same guitarists, however we did get to seperate the vocals from the mix. Thanks for the encouragement, i plan to work on my own songwriting and recording and focusing on that. :)

Thank you so much getuhgrip! You are too kind. Have you posted any songs yourself? Would love to give them a listen. I just posted another song at the same url called 'Goodbye To You' where i tried to help the guys by accompanying them on the keyboard playing a moody flute. I am curious to know if the flute helped the guitars any. Thanks again :)

Haven't posted yet. Still assembling a viable system. I was going to throw a few songs together this week while on vacation but lost Ntrack operation code and am waiting for Flavio (Programs creator and marketer) TO EMAIL ME!!:D :(

Couldn't get "Goodbye to You" to open. Is this a cover of the Scandal/Patty Smyth song?

O.K., I hit download and it got going. Not the Patty Smyth song. I don't mean to sound dissappointed, but I had hoped it was because I'd like to hear you do something a little faster that allows you to stretch out vocally. We'll all be waiting. :)
