Listen to voice while recording it on Cubase??

Hi guys,

Please forgive my ignorance. I'm feel that the solution to my problem is very simple, I just can't find it.
I have Cubase SX and I'm successfully recording voice. The signal is good and I can re-play right after recording. But I was wondering how can I hear whatever it is (voice) that I'm recording WHILE recording it?
I'm recording a friend of mine and I would like to listen the audio signal live while recording it, you know, monitor it to spot volume issues, out of tunes, etc...
There must be a checkbox somewhere or something to activate this?

There is a little button right above the "record" button on each channel. Click it, and it should turn Orange. That is the monitor on/off button.
