I hate to be the one to bring it up but dam
I have noticed a recent rash of playa hatting going around. Maybe its the holiday Stress. People its just words everybody aint gone like it all. If it dont apply to you let it pass if it duz then so be it. If it's critisizm you cant use let it be if you can then use it. Sometimes we vibe sometimes we don't that is all part of the creative spark. You don't throw out an oranges because they have seeds in them. Point being take the good with the bad. If you cant take critisicm then dont be so quick to critisize. Treat people on the board the way you want to be treated. This is one of the few BBS where you can actually pick up some knowledge. My last couple of post have been lit up by members but its all part of the process. Sometimes getting blasted on a post is a change. Take it in stride and move on.

P.S. If you dont have something constructive to say then shut the ...... up





but as usual this is just my opinion. Of course I could be wrong

Yeah, there is no reason to trip when being criticized. Criticism is a great thing, it helps you become better at whatever you do. Actually, criticism is the purpose of posting beats on this site. It is not to become some sort of net producing idol or something. it is to get constructive feedback, that may help you better your work. At least that's how I see it.

Your opinion is never wrong. The next guy may not agree with it, but it's your perspective, your individuality, your freedom and always right.

That being said, where is this hating going on? I'm looking around, but I must be missing it. You talking about this forum or the site in general? I see opinions flying around, but I'm not seeing the hating you speak of. You said your last 2 posts were lit up, but I looked at them and I still don't see what you're trying to say.

I agree, anyone who can't take constructive criticism shouldn't post music for people to listen to and probably shouldn't be in this business. You post to get better, not because you're the best already or else you wouldn't need to.

PS, Are you possibly talking about that "professional" comment Ldylee made towards me for instance? If so thanks for the back.

i HAVE NOT BEEN HATED ON. People got my post misunderstood. Mista alt hit it right on the head as far as what i was saying.
Just reminding peeps why we post and about give and take.

When I say my post got lit I mean wise cracks were made but they were funny. We work hard making these beats but we need to take what people say lite. I laughed my ass off at what atoms said and that shit stray said about Richard Simmons was classic, had me rollin. I know its all said to keep me grounded. and in good fun.

Sorry Stray I wasn't talking about that comment. I went and read that post and tried to follow the sequence of post. But it looked like two people having fun. I didn't see any probs with it. But of course it could just be me

This board is just a good resource one of the best and for awhile the whole fingaz thing had drug the level of this board down. Some of these post have been teetering on pety.
If you tell me my mix sucks and my snare sounds like rocks falling into a pot. Thats good it give me a point to work from

I'm still wondering where the hating is going on I thought the people on this board were above that. Glad to hear that you don't feel hated on. For a minute there I thought my post offended you.

This is one of the best and tightly knit forums on the net. Hopefully, no one here would want to jeopardize that.

Never heard that one. I detest D12, why Eminem works with them I have no idea. Kuniva (sp?) is alright, but the rest are just shit IMHO. Bizarre is a straight freak that should not be allowed to touch a mic much less run around videos in diapers (Purple Pillls)!!

Guitars in hip-hop can be real cool though. Outkast has a track on Aquameni (sp? again) called "Chunky Fire" that has a simple, but very cool electric guitar riff that comes to mind. And who could forget all the classics by Run DMC that were all based around distorted guitars.

Like I say, I'm interested to hear what you come up with. I know it'll take sometime, but you're creative and diligent so I have no doubt it will be impressive.

PS, good luck in the Sol competetion. It looks like we'll be hearing your flows real soon.

Yeah. Most of the time they aren't that brilliant, I admit, Shady is the main reason I bought the album.

They do have occasional spurts of excellence, though.

Kon Artis is pretty, well, not that good. But his verse in "Fight Music" was really hard-hitting. He's never had another one like it.
