Lining up tempos in Cubase LE4

Okay, I recorded some guitars and drums today, but one of the guitars isn't quite matching up exactly with the rhythm of the other 2 guitars. Is there a way to fix this problem?

It's making everyone else sound offbeat and that IS NOT good! Please help me out and be as specific as possible (I'm not a pro or anything).

Just grab the track and drag it a little, move it left or right until it's in time with the other tracks. You may have to turn the 'snap' feature off if it's on, or else you will only drag it in 1-beat increments.. Do you have some lag in your monitoring chain or something? How did it get out of time in the first place? Maybe you accidentally dragged it a little and didn't realize it?
