Line6 UX2 problem.....

I just got it in the mail and installed the program but it won't pick up my Studio Pro B1 microphone... Someone please help... They don't have a number to call.........
 
There are a few things you need to make sure that you have done before the UX2 will pic up the mic.
1. Make sure it is installed (of course) if gearbox doesn't say anything like "can't find device" when starting up then the UX2 is installed properly. (By the way, you have to have gearbox running to get any sound)
2. Make sure that you change the UX2 to your default sound card. You can go to start and then control panel and select sound and audio devices. Then go over to the audio tab and select the UX2 for playback and recording.
3. The last thing that I can think of is actually in gearbox. Over by the left corner is a tab called Source. Make sure that you have the correct source chosen. I assume you should be on Mic 1 since you said you were using a mic.
4. If all else fails then you can call Line 6. They actually do have a Tech Support number, but I don't have it with me at the moment. I will try and post it later when I get home if I can remember. Anyway good luck.
