lil help please

I live in an apartment so most of my guitar writing gets done through guitar rig. I'm looking for a piece of software that is both mac and windows compatable, and that I can intigrate into guitar rig or use along side it that will write down what I play in time and note for note in tab in real time. I dont care what the price is.

does anyone have any suggestions???
