Pretty cool stuff - I think the rhythm is really good - every thing is playing together and off each other at the same time - I’d bump the lead vocal up
a bit.

Love the sparse opening, guitar sound so up close, then when the bass and drums come in, opens up beautifully and warmly wide in my headphones. Very nice, background vocals interesting, they also take the song up a notch. Very cool bass guitar under the guitar solo, super job, I really enjoyed the listen !!! Fantastic to all involved!

I hear your complaint, but I disagree with your assessment. Thanks for the feedback, though. It's interesting to learn how a mix lands with different people. That's what this forum is for, after all.

Quirky and interesting! Nice groove; reminded me a bit of Harry Nilsson. Everything seems to be pretty well-balanced, but the vocals get quite buried at times. I also had trouble understanding most of the lyrics, but I think that would be helped by bringing them up a bit and compressing some more. Thanks for sharing!

Update: Here's the video version of the tune. The lag is because I had to abandon Vegas and move to DaVinci Resolve for the making of the video and it took me some time to figure out the new software. Hope you like it.



Question: A couple people said they found it difficult to make out all the lyrics. Okay, so is it easier to make out the lyrics when you can watch them being sung?
