I am seeking licensing of my spoken word contents

I have three spoken word contents. They are:

1) Out Of The Box

2) If/Intro

3) Outro/My submission

Out Of The Box
This is a poetic rendition that explains every aspect of the people's desires (a reflection of conflicting thought processes and outcomes) but the unfortunate situation of encountering the exact opposite. From personal to professional interrests, the poem is a reflection of what people go through in life but offers a way out....to think Out Of The Box

If/Intro
It's a poetic statement that brings to attention the anagrams of words and how relatable they are in day to day interactions

Outro/My Submission

An expression that brings the attention the intention of the author's projection when it comes to learning, unlearning and relearning

I would like to know if you could convert them to MP3s an upload on Sound Cloud.

Below are links to my spoken word contents

I'm not quite certain what you want? You want somebody to convert them to mp3's? That's easy. Are you certain whatever you used for the video editing does not have mp3 as an option for the exporting? The apps I use can output mp4, plenty of video formats AND mp3?

Soundcloud just requires you join, sign up and upload files? That's tricky for a 3rd party to do, but easy for yourself.
I do have a couple of comments. Spoken word requires the words to be easily heard. Your video has the music far too loud. As a result, the strange reverb/delay on your voice is only audible at the end, and I suspect makes understanding quite hard. This is not meant as criticism, but your pronunciation and accent means your delivery speed is rushed. I don't have the time to actually work out what some words are as they are very hurried. I understand 90% perfectly, but some words just get lost. There are no pauses at sentence ends, or longer at the paragraphs/verses?

Mr Ben is also an awkward name for us older UK listeners, as it is, depending on age, either a brand of rice, or a children's cartoon character. For the rest of the world it doesn't matter. Me personally - I'm not into poetry, so I had to remember not to listen to the sound bed, and listen to you. As the music was loud, I kept listening to the pad sounds and wondering what they were?

If you tell us what you actually want we can help. You titled it licencing - but what help do you need with that?
