Well, I have to do some retraction here. It turns out that my Lynx soundcard routing was part of the problem. I was getting an extra channel of dry coming through the unit which I discovered by actually shutting down the sends to the MX200. I realized I was still getting sound out of the box even though the sends were off. This helped be track down another bus which was routing to the box. Once I tracked this down, the phasing was gone.
Sonic, yes, there is a global parameter which puts the box into Parallel mode vs Serial. However, some of the presets still turn this off so you have to watch your engine lights.
