Lexicon MPX 110 A/D Converters

Hey guys, I have been looking for an A/D converter so I can use the two extra tracks of S/PDIF on my soundcard and I've also been looking for an effects processor. I have heard good things about the MPX 100, (I am also on a budget) and I wanted to know how good the converters in the 110 were because i could use them to get the 2 extra tracks that I need. Any help would be great.......Thanks........Josh
