I have an HP Pavilion series (6545C) with a 500mhz Celeron, can anybody tell me if the Lexicon Core2 will run on it. I know that the Digidesign 001 is stated to be incompatable with the Pavilion series.

Hi, I dont have any clue whether they are compatible
or not, sorry.
However, I have read LOTS of posts in other forums
about the Lexicon, and I would estimate 90% of them
are very negative. I am not trying to color your opinion,
merely passing on information. The complaints seem
to be about the drivers. David

Lots 'o trouble with the Core 2, though the latest set of drivers help. I'd highly advise you to look @ something else - I have one, and it works fine for me now, but it was a bitch getting it set up. I'd never recommend it for an off-the shelf type system.
