Hi anyone got any recorded material that wants it mixed free of charge just upload the link to the files on this thread page. It doesn't matter what type of music it is i just want to have a go at doing differnt genres.

Just a quick q about the acoustic project - Are the two acoustics supposed to be L and R, or just two different tones? Also, was it recorded to a click, or at some tempo? If so, what tempo, in BPM?

They seem to be the same track. I just added a doubler to make it stereo a delete it the other.. The solo guitar is out of time many times.

the two acoustics are L and R. It wasnt recorded at any tempo. We just made up that song on the spot to give this guy some practice mixing
 
Hey heres another acoustic song you can mix for more practice. Its a comedy song so you might be laughing a lot lol. The tracks got split up from rerecording certain parts. I included a very poorly mixed version of the song so you can make sure your matching all the parts up right.

I got a "0 items to display" from that site. The two guitar tracks have EXACTLY the same waveform and amplitude all the way through, is it simply a duplicate, or was it really recorded in stereo? Thanks for all this by the way, I think you can see you're helping a lot of people, or at least making us happy :)

I dont know why the files arent showing up on there anymore. I'll reupload them for you. It was recorded in stereo.

ay man do you mix and master rap music?? cuz i got a song that is in desperate need of this..

all the tracks are split up from rerecording certain parts of the song. it would be a huge pain in the ass to get them matched up perfect with the song. so just nevermind about that other acoustic song
 
If you dont mind I gave this a shot too....the acoustic song....I liked Marcadiablo version...but through my headphones there seems to be a bit too much compression...but this is just me....others may take it different....and somtimes its ok for me too.

Here is my take with no compression...just a little EQ on the Bass and some L and R Chorus and Spacer Effects.
