I'm not looking to do anything underhanded or dishonest, let me make that perfectly clear. If there is good reason for not doing this, I won't.
I have through the course of time upgraded through several entry level version of Cakewalk and I am now at Sonar 3. All previous versions have been registered to me and now I'm wondering is it legitimate or legal for me to sell the older software(s). I was thinking of selling them on EBay or something like that.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
sjl

). When you upgrade to a newer version the product, you are exchanging the license on your existing software for a license on the newer version. That's one of the reasons the price is so cheap. So even though you have two physical copies of software, you only have one license for use.
