Just researching the topic... I'm a commercial real estate noob....
I'm wondering how any alterations to the building would go... (i.e. new walls, etc)
Also.. "Build to suit".. I'm guessing that means that they will offer their construction services, at a discounted cost, to the leasee.. Correct?
