Leaking Tracks- Help

I am using the new version of CEP and I am recording in multitrack. I am finding that the tracks are leaking. in other words, on track 5, which is supposed to contain only the guitar, I can hear high frequency sounds given off by the cybals, which on on a seperate track. I can hear them faintly, but enough for it to be a problem. Can anyone tell me why the tracks seem to be leaking and how to prevent it?

well a couple suggestions...first of all, are you using headphones when you record the other tracks? if you're using a microphone and headphones your headphones might just be turned up too loud and the mic is picking it up. if you're wondering why it's only the high frequencies, put the headphones down and walk away from them, i'm sure you'll hear only the high frequencies unless you've got it turned way way up. if you're recording and listening to the other tracks through your speakers then shame on you! :). just a suggestion..hope this helps
