Latency?

Okay, so I have the M-Audio USB MobilePRE and I have a question...

When I record, and then I go playback, it is wayyyy off. Of course when I record it is on, but obviously somethings going on. I turned latency in my M-Audio Options all the way down to 80, the lowest setting...any other suggestions?
 
P4 3.06ghz
2GB Ram
2, 160 GB HDs (320GBS total)
Windows XP Home
Dual Monitors...

Oh nevermind, there was another post asking what software you're using. So, what software are you using?
 
Well, I have Magix Audio Studio 10 Deluxe, and adobe audition...i was using Magix, trying to figure out how to record in mono only in Adobe Audition, and I will probably start using that.
