Thanks to everybody for this amazing forum!!

I need urgent upgrade of my soundcard. The latency is killing me.......

1. Will a internal PCI card have lower latency than firewire/usb?

2. What about internal cards and interference from power supply and other components inside the box?

3. Anybody had bad/good experience with M-Audio Delta 1010LT?
