laptop soundcards?

Yes I'm back in the land of the living... I've been looking up some 'ideal' laptops for music creation/editing/publishing...As I said to you before, I am speculating on what exactly I need to realise my potential/dreams...and have stumbled across a perfect site with adaptable spec. for one's requirements. It's Red Submarine Computer Company... I know I cannot purchase such a dream piece of equipment immediately but it's the closest to 'my ideal spec.' as I've been looking for. I have Emailed Evolution to check the spec. to make sure it will do what I think it will- that being...get the most out of the software I have and consequently realise my potential.
I'm sorry I've been lazy and not even attempted to record my Korg tune to my laptop yet...

Lazy may have well been my birth name, so I can understand that. It's a good thing I have a day job.
Good call on researching your software fully. It doesn't seem too full functioned when I see you are limited to your number of tracks, but otherwise, it looks to have some features that will be useful to you.

I love my Sonar. I know that. And I have no clue what it will do yet.

Yeah, I'd like to have a Red Submarine. I hear they're nice, and they are advertised in the audio magazines...HP's aren't, neither are Toshibas. Oh well, next time I'll shop right. You'll have to post a picture of that for me when you get it so I can live vicariously through you.
