laptop sound card

I am about to buy a nusystems centrino laptop. I am on a budget and think I have narrowed the sound card down to either the Edirol UA-25 or the Echo Indigo I/O. There is only a 10 quid difference in price. I will only be recording one or a maximum of two tracks at a time. The ua-25 looks great but is usb. The indigo pcmcia. Any advice gratefully received.

I think you would have better results with the Echo Indigo as it will offer greater bandwidth to the PCI bus than USB will.
