Looks good to me.. any opinions?

My laptop is, Pentium-M, 1.5ghz, 512mb RAM, 60Gb Hard drive.

Few questions though.
If I were to buy it, it'd have to be from uk.
On this site- http://www.zzounds.com/a--2676837/item--EMU1616
It has a list of 'compatible laptops' This just means ones they have tested and know work, and doesn't mean that any others will be incompatible?

Also, on zzsounds, It has Sonar LE listed under the software, but on soundslive it doesn't.
I would rather Sonar LE to Cubase, Cakewalk
Why would the different sites be selling the same thing with different software though?

I think if you go to www.emu.com. They have the list there of all the software that comes bundled with it. It's all probably in the box, so no matter where you buy it from, it's going to be the same bundle. I had thought about a 1616m (and you should get the m version if your going this route) but was scared off by the compatibility issues people were having. I ended up going the firewire route, and have been happy with it.

Yes it has better converters, and it might also add word clock I/O as well. They are supposed to be the same converters that are in the Pro Tools HD Systems.
