Clean, wide-open "transformery" sound. Very cool pre to have around... Now if only I could just get Jon at Helsing Erickson Audio to trade one of his racked pairs for the tube mics I'd like to sell...
 
Recording Engineer.I just sent a money order to Jon Erickson for those AM 16 pre's. Its a small world. I hope I like them. I am also waiting for 2 TAB V72a preamps from Vintageking to rack!!tHANKS,jIM
