Does anyone know how "good" (as far as vocal recording quality) the microphone port is on the Korg Studio keyboard?

I was thinking of using the board as my one and onlly work station -- instead of shelling out more money for expensive soundcards and etc. to hook up to my computer

But if the mic port is of poor quality -- i'd rather go head and spend the money now--toi save future woes


any assist is appreciated

My Brother just bought the Fantom and has neem playing with the recording on it and it's pretty neat. But I'd just buy a sound card like the 2496 and get a DMP3 and track to your computer.
