Korg Nano Pad...

L and M have these at a very resonable price and i think that it may be the solution to my percussion conundrum... I watched a few youtube videos and was kinda pleased with what i saw.

But if anyone on here has some input id like to hear it. Will mostly be used for rock and roll punk rock and shit like so,

I've never used the nanopad, but I do own the nanoKontrol. It's a really good piece of gear for the price. It's not built like a tank or anything, but what can you expect for $50.

I know 3 people whose nanopads broke after a few months of use. (Before the devices broke, each guy loved his pads though.) Akai has some very similar products out now; 2 of the guys who had the nanos use the Akai replacements now, but I don't know if they're any more durable than the Korgs.

Mine started to go sour a few months in (certain pads were not responding). Called Korg Customer Service and promptly got a replacement in the mail a few days later.

So far so good.
