Korg D1600...Does this really exist?

I really want one of these things, but no one seems to have them in stock. Musicians Fiend told me they'd have them in, and now have bpushed their dates back another 2 weeks. Does anyone have this unit or access to it? Where did you get it? Are there more?

A good friend of mine has been waiting for two months for his. It's already paid for and that SUX!! M/F told him 3/15 and then said sorry 4/15 it will ship. Seen him yesterday...still nothing fuckin liars.

I know this doesn't really help since i don't live in the US, but it's been all over this place (Japan) for some time now. I checked one out selling for $960 (JPY 115,000). They're out there somewhere, that's for sure.
