Keyboard to harddrive recording problem

For a long while I had no problem recording my playing on my Yamaha PSR 740 directly to my computer using my CakeWalk 6.0

Then after some computer upgrading I am no longer able to record...perhaps some computer settings that are out of line???

Any help will be greatly appreciated...

Check your Volume Controls.

right-click your speaker icon on your taskbar>Open Volume Controls>Options>Properties>Recording>(place X's in all the boxes)>OK>(make the proper adjustments)

Do you have Cake set for play AND record?

Also, list the changes you made to your computer and the specs of your computer.
