keyboard to computer hookup

Let me start by telling you the equipment I have:
Ensoniq EPS
Cakewalk Pro Audio 9(trial version)
N-track
PII 633 64meg E machine with crappy soundcard

That's it - not much but right now I dont need much as I'm just trying to get the basics of computer recording down before I step up.
Here's what I want to accomplish:
I want to record take the tracks which I sequence on my board into my computer using midi, edit the notes and tracks in either of the sequencing programs, and record the outcome as actual audio on my hard drive so that I can burn cds. I believe I understand that I run the midi out from my keyboars to the midi in/joystick port on the computer. I then seqeunce teh tracks in cakewalk or ntracks. Then the midi out cable goes to the midi in on tha keyboard which triggers the re-sequenced notes on the keyboard. Here's where I really have questions. How do I track my eight keyboard tracks back into the computer so that I can add effects and mix? My sound card only has one line in. Do I have to mute the other seven tracks on my board and record one track at a time into the computer?
