That Norwegian Bastard
Just a nice little jam that we redcorded with our band.

It was during a nice party we had within the band.

I was given the chance to play keys for the first time:D

anyways I had this Idea, that I showed my band and we did a recording of it.

Its all very scetchy as we never rehearsed it.

But you sorta get the the drift.

As I`ve said on a few occasions, dont try to make anything of the Lyrics, theire all improvised, as most of the music is.

The keyboard is a little low in volume throughout the song. The bass guitar players will love this mix - the bass is super on my headphones. Quite an intricate arrangement that the guitar player is jamming over. I prefer the leads in the latter portion of the song, very nice, nice tones too. The drums are okay - live mixing you get a roomy sound. Playing is choice though...

Good writing, I think you are well on your way...The vocal melody is developing. Once the lyrics are solidified, I'd love to check it out.

Yep, it sounds like it's shaping up nicely. It's got an early '70's vibe thats pretty cool. Made me think of Meddle-era Pink Floyd or Deep Purple. Always fun to hear something in the process of being worked out. When you re-record it I'd think about putting the guitar in stereo - maybe doubling panned left and right to give some more depth.

First time ever playing keys, Dan?

You may have been a bit tentative when you were playing solo keyboard, but you sound very relaxed and confident when playing with the full band.

Sounds like 2 tons of great vibe...your main instrument is guitar, right? Who's playing lead on this?

The mix one this one, aint the best.
It was kinda done in a haste.

Both the keys and Vox came in through the same channel, so they were kinda low.

I hope to one day complete it.

Thanks for the listen:)

Cool refernces in your post, Floyd and Purple are both huge influences of mine.

I`ve allways gone for that 70`s vibe, and it pleases me a lot to hear people aknowlegde that:)

Thanks for the listen and kind words:)

Thanks man, I really like the vibe to this tune myself, I`m working on the Lyrics, the song is suposed to be about Human trafficing.
I read this sad story before playin this tune.

I normally play guitar, your correct sir.

The guitar player here, is amazing IMO.
He`s the best Jam guitarist I`ve met.
