Does anyone here know of a keyboard which employs anything other than Western tonal scales (12 notes per scale)?

I have an older FM keyboard (Yamaha V50, came out around 1989). The manual says that it can be set to 10 other tunings beside "equal temperament" (Pure major, Pure minor, Mean tone, Pythagorean, Werckmeister, Kirnberger, Vallotti & Young, 1/4 shifted equal, 1/4 tone, and 1/8 tone). Beside these preset tunings you can create your own temperaments.

First off, welcome!
I think quite a number of different keyboards can handle alternate tunings. I know my KARMA can, I believe my K5000R can and I think my Motif Rack will do it as well.
Maybe you can narrow your search down a little more by defining some of the other features you want.

I'm going to add in that the Yamaha Motif ES series can also do some interesting things, scale wise. Some of the "Non-Western" patches are set up so that you can hit all the microtones. It makes for a weird experience, as you hit two keys next to each other and they sound almost the same, but it's a fun thing.
To be honest I'm not sure how adjustable this is (the manual for the ES sucks), but if you have any questions about the Yamaha feel free to ask.

Hi,
General Music (GEM) makes the PK-5 (Right model?) touted as an Arabic keyboard, complete with middle-eastern percussion. I believe they are built in Italy, but I have heard bad things about quality and customer service. But check them out; they might have a tone module available.

The Yamaha PSR A1000 is designed for eastern stuff, it also has arabic styles and sounds.
I own a PSR-2100 which also has scale tuning, the PSR 3000 probably has it too. I think the PSR 1100, 2000 and 1500 have got it too, but I'm not sure about it...
