I have lost the manual for my KAWAI R-50 drum machine. I won't bore you with how unusual it is for me to lose anything - I'm organized (to a fault) - it is not with my other music/recording equipment manuals.
My immediate problem is that I can't figure out how to create a 3/4 pattern and a 6/4 pattern. The drum machine I find intuitive enough that I am able to build songs and record 4/4 patterns (the default), but not patterns with different time signatures. If anyone knows how to do this I would appreciate it and you can have my second-born child (as I won't be having any more anyway). : 0)
You might have guessed that my long-term problem is that I don't have the manual for anything else that will come up. I want to get a manual (unlikely) or a photocopy (possible?). I will certainly pay for photocopying, labour, etc. I'm not looking to pay a lot (this drum machine is selling on ebay for 40 bucks). I live in TImmins but I will be in Toronto over Christmas.
I may post this in another area of this list in case the newbie area doesn't get enough traffic to get me a response.
Thanks,
