Kaoss KP3 Vocals.

Hello. I mainly record "Industrial" style music (242,FLA etc) in my home setup. I generally process my vocals in Ableton, but am intrigued by the KP3. I would't be using it like a dj, but wondered if I could hold and layer several effects as settings to record an entire vocal track into my software? Everything I see on the web addresses looping vocals or sliding your finger around for glitchy sounds, but can I chain compressors, reverbs etc. and have then stay in place? Any help is appreciated!

I've got the Mini KP and it's definitely got some nice effects/features. You can loop and layer over and over(infinite IIRC). The KP3 has 4 channels for fast changes which is nice. Both the mini and KP3 have the hold function as well measure changes.
