I'll have to test it out live/at full volume, but I may have just doubled the volume of my guitar rig, thickened up my tone, and possibly have gone stereo (although it's hard to tell: I think the FX loop is out of phase, and I don't know if the delay needs a stereo input in order to output in stereo...). Anyway, pics are likely coming soon, but the chain so far is...

Guitar -> Boss TU-2 Tuner -> Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor -> Boss DD-3 Delay -> Rivera Knucklehead -> ** -> Bogner 4x12

**Rivera FX Loop Out -> Boss DD-20 Stereo Delay -> TC Electronic Nova Modulator -> SPLIT: A-> Rivera FX Loop IN, B-> Yamaha G100II -> Marshall 1960a Lead

Crazy shit, but if I've added everything up right, this sucker should theoretically be loud as fuck. Or just blow up.

Anyone else have any luck with dual-amp rigs?

If it were my rig I'd run the guitar straight into the amp and in the FX loop run Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor ->TC Electronic Nova Modulator -> Boss DD-20 Stereo Delay. Either way it should sound pretty cool.

I haven't experimented with throwing the noise suppressor in the loop, perhaps I will...

Side-note, the Yamaha sounded great in this rig at quiet volumes, but like dog-sh*t turned up (go figure: it's a late-70's solid state). Still, it's got a nice clean to it, especially at mid volume. Perhaps I'll keep it as a secondary or something.

The tone quest continues on!
