I've recently completed this production of a track in my studio. The audio was recorded and mixed using Cakewalk Sonar and the video was filmed using three Sony HD cameras. The cameras were set up on tripods to capture the recording of the various parts and were edited using Magix Vegas. The intro to the video was created in Adobe After Effects.

The track was initially put together using programmed drums which was then sent to the drummer (Larry Rose) who came in and recorded the real thing. A guide bass was put down the same way with the bass player (Dawid Visser) coming in and recording the final part.

All the footage was then edited to the final mastered soundtrack.

Hope you enjoy!

Congrats on completing your production! Using Cakewalk Sonar for recording and mixing, with live drums by Larry Rose and bass by Dawid Visser, combined with three HD cameras edited in Magix Vegas and an After Effects intro, shows a well planned workflow from programmed parts to live performance and final video. It sounds polished and professional, and I hope everyone enjoys it!
