Just bought a studio projects b1 mic for $60

Just wanted to tell someone.. Next I'm thinking if I should buy my kids clothes or some decent monitors. Really depends on which I get the better deal on. ^_^ jk. . . . . . .

Definitely been bargain shopping though. One small slice of my paycheck at a time. Kind of wary of buying monitors used but if I find the right deal on the right set in the right condition.. I'll bite. Happy Day to you!
 
Monitors first. I'm sure the kids can find some other means of clothing, don't you have any rags around your place and a sewing needle? Give em' something to do instead of thinking about having no food to eat for the next two days, "because daddy had to upgrade Pro Tools again". :D jk

I'm sure you'll find a good pair of monitors used, as long as they look like someone didn't play Metallica on them at full blast. ;)
 
LOL. Very clever. I'll cut up some of my old clothes or just give them some boxes. I bought an interface off craigslist and it was (for the most part) DOA. So gonna skip that route and hope that eBay gives me much better results. Really was hoping to get the US-800 brand new but it was discontinued and out of stock by the time I got paid. Cha Cha. As jim croce says, "Isn't that the way they say it goes?"
 
Just think -- If you purchase 1 microphone a month for 5 years you'll have 60 microphones WOO HOO!

The B1 is a good find at that price.
