I did this guy in one take, no eq or anything just 1 track 1 mic guitar +vocal. Its rough as hell but I just finished writin it. Tell me what you think of the song in general. Thanks guys

Yeah, its just a link to download it off my computer, it only works when the computer is on, and I forgot to leave it on last night. Thanks for tryin to check it out though. I'll make sure I leave it on today.

so you wrote and recorded the song, but somebody else is performing it? I like the chorus part the best, it definately is catchy. One thing that wasn't jiving with me was there is a bit of a timing problem when you go from the picking to the strumming in the verses. For example at 4-5 second interval it almost sounds like clips have been pasted together. Obviously this is a rough mix and the probably isn't even a concern. a good tune, i like it.
 
hey thanks. I wrote it and recorded it. Yes you are right i just punched into the beginning the timing is absolutely horrid, but I just wanted SOMETHING to put on this board, as I didnt really have the patience to re-record (alrhough getting an even decent punchin took longer than re-recording it). Ive really been working on my vocals lately becuase I've never really focused on the too much, but I think they are coming a long way. As for guitaring, i've only been playing a little more than a year, but I think its time to start taking some lessons. Thanks for your comment man.
