Aye, that really fucks me off too. I just ignore it and ask for a small black coffee - I can't bring myself to request a grande americano without milk (or whatever starbucksese for milk is). Had the same crap with Virgin when we set up phone/broadband/tv - their smallest package is called M+, their mediumest package is called L and their largest package is called XL!? A scheme designed by morons with degrees in marketing - I have to have a lie down after speaking to their customer services...

Anyway, your tune Greg (there was one somewhere in this thread right?) - works well. Simple, straightforward and enjoyable. Not much to say other than that :D
 
Yeah maybe better...but the unplugged Greg (oo err) still sounds damned good ;)

If I was someone new to HR and I was primarily into recording acoustic guitar and vocals and had clicked on this thread before posting recordings of my own I'd be less than enthusiastic about sharing my acoustic guitar recordings.

Greg, I know your sense of humor for what it is, but damn man.....acoustic guitars rule. All you need to know is how to tune 'em up and play.

FWIW, that shitty guitar sounded half way decent, but you still have a long way to go before you'll ever become a Country music star. ;)

If you were a new member and one opinion that wasn't directed at anyone in particular from one guy that you don't even know could keep you from posting your music, then you are too thin skinned for the internet anyway.

3) I was serious when I wrote that you had recorded that acoustic guitar in a manner that made it sound really good. Really good. I was impressed.

Don’t be ashamed if you have a hard time playing acoustic guitar. It isn’t as easy as proficient acoustic guitar players make it appear. Playing acoustic guitar requires finesse and an acute sense of touch.

I still say that you made that cheap acoustic guitar sound really good to my ears. I know....that's worthless IYO but I was listening through a pair of ear buds that I always use to listen to all of your tunes and it sounded as good as any of your music I have ever listened to.

Are you incapable of accepting compliments from people that you hate?
